For situations of damage/detective or incorrect quantity/style, please send us an email at support@lblyxir.com with your order number and an image of the received package and items. We’ll be happy to help!

If the product you receive is incorrect/damaged, please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility for your return and refund or re-ship your package

For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we do not offer refunds/resends without proof of loss from the local post office.

 

1.Please note that we do not provide refunds/re-sends if the delivery fails due to an incorrect delivery address. So please make sure that your address can receive the package before placing an order.

 

2.Please note that we cannot change your order or add discount codes once you place your order. Please check the shipping address/discount code/contact number of your order carefully before placing your order.
