We ship to most countries around the world! Proceed to our checkout page and you will be able to select your country/region when you enter your address.
Our usual time to prepare a package is 1-5 working days, the time it takes for packages to be shipped around the world varies slightly. Please check our shipping page for details
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
After we ship your order, we will provide you with the tracking number and the URL of the courier's website via email. This allows you to track your package during its transportation. In addition, you can use the "Track Order" function in the navigation bar of our website to track it by order number or email. For more details, please feel free to contact us.
You can add a discount code on the checkout page or in your shopping cart.
We accept payment by most major credit cards and PayPal.
Our prices are listed in US dollars, you can also use our website's currency converter to view the currency you wish to view. And you can pay in your local currency and your bank/credit card or PayPal will automatically convert the price for you.
We release new arrival and products every week! You can stay up to date on our releases by signing up to our Newsletter at the bottom of this page.
You can add the products you like to your wish list first, Then you can click "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE". We will contact you through the email you left when the products are restocked.
You can notify us to modify or cancel the order within 12 hours after placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
For orders containing handmade products, we cannot cancel the order once it is placed.
This will allow us to pack your order efficiently and minimize errors. It is recommended to check your order before placing it.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.
However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
We usually take 1-5 days to process an order. We aim to ship all items on time, but in rare cases it may take longer. Any order not received within 8 weeks is eligible for a full refund or reshipment
