EU Countries/Canada/India/USA:
For all orders shipped to European Union (EU) countries,Canada,USA and India, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that the prices you see on our website already include any applicable import duties or taxes due in your country. No additional duties or taxes will be charged on delivery.
By including the duty paid, we will clear customs on your behalf and cover the cost of any import taxes in your EU country. The price you see is the full amount you will have to pay.

We use DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms for orders shipped to countries outside the EU. Under DDU terms, the prices of products shown on our website do not include any local and import taxes at destination.
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees or clearance charges directly to the local customs office prior to receipt of the goods. The freight courier or postal service will assist in collecting taxes and duties as required.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to.
4.Regarding the out-of-stock products in the order
Because our store has a wide variety and large quantity of products, there may sometimes be a discrepancy between online inventory and actual stock.
If items in your order are out of stock, we will send you store credit of equal value to the out-of-stock items to your account. You can use these store credit to directly deduct the amount from your next purchase.
